Community Survey Results

In December 2023, we distributed a survey to Two Harbors residents with their utility bills.

The survey was also available online. We received 400 responses from residents of Two Harbors, Lake County, and beyond. 

These results were shared with the Two Harbors City Council at a regular meeting in January 2024, and the data will be used by an architecture team hired by the Citizen’s Institute for Rural Design to help us develop a community-driven design concept for the Agate Bay Waterfront which interfaces with the old coal docks in the harbor.
